The HAIX Black Eagle® Athletic 2.0 T Low is lightweight, comfortable, and durable with many features you never thought you needed in a shoe. And because it's metal free, you can wear it anywhere even when working around metal detectors.

Slip Resistant Soles with Multi-Directional Anti-Slip Grip

The sole of the shoe is made out of special rubber mixture for not only long-lasting durability but for exceptional slip resistance in any situation. The excellent multi-directional anti-slip grip allows you to run, stop, and turn in these shoes without having to worry about falling or slipping even on wet and cold surfaces. The durable rubber sole is not only heat resistant, but oil and gasoline resistant. It's also cold insulating, non-marking and self-cleaning.

Stabilization and Dynaframe Construction

The two-layer midsole creates a shoe that is both lightweight with exceptional cushioning capabilities. Stabilization throughout the midsole offers optimal pressure distribution throughout the foot which is especially important when navigating uneven terrain. Narrow in the toes

This is my 5th pair of Haix. I love the brand and have been able to order the same size for years without worry of the fit. Unfortunately these are noticeably narrower in the toes and are not what I would call haix comfortable. They’ll do for the summer, I will make sure to try them on next time.

I love these shoes! Being on my feet all day as a caregiver left my feet sore and aching. I purchased the Black Eagle Athletic 2.0 as a possible solution. The shoes fit perfectly. There was no "break in" period. They're comfortable, have good support in the arches and my feet are no longer sore at the end of my shift. I also slide them on to see patients as a volunteer EMT. The only downside for me is I don't like to fuss with the tie to tuck it into the little pocket. But, that's a small inconvenience for such a fabulous shoe.

Awesome!!

I have had Haix hazmat boots back in the day and I love them! Now that I am in law enforcement, i decided to see how they were for the law enforcement side. They are by far one of the most comfiest and breathable shoes i have ever worn. They had a very quick break in period and I use them for bike patrol. Definitely still a great product and will continue to buy from them in the future!!

Comfy and Lightweight

This shoe is light and comfortable and the lace goes tucked in so the shoe never unties. However, since there is not enough support on the ball of the foot, that part hurts after hours on my feet. The cushioning on the heel is great and my heels did not hurt.

These boots have been extremely comfortable on the job from the first day. Excellent support, light weight and I love the zipper.

Great Shoes...until they both started squeaking.

I loved the previous version, I believe the Athletic 11. While this shoe is similar, it is a down grade. While This Athletic 2.0 does not need to be broken in and it does hold it's shape well, it's not quite as comfortable as the previous version. I would be fine with that, but about 6 months in, this new 2.0 started squeaking in both shoes at the same time. I did not walk through water, but it is rainy here. I let them dry for weeks, but no positive effect. It is something internal in the soul of both shoes and they squeak on pavement, tile, and even carpet, so I know it's not something external on them. After another 4-5 months of wearing them, the squeak has not quit and now appears never will. This is too bad because they previously were my favorite of all shoes out there for both great performance and feel. I'm afraid to spend another $130 to just find them squeaking again.

I would have given these shoes a 10 but they run narrow

I made the switch from the Athletic 11 low to these replacements as the Athletic 11's have been discontinued and this is the replacement . I have always put these shoes on and never had to break them in. However the Athletic 2.0 T low run much narrower than the Athletic 11. If you have narrow feet these will be perfect. If you have wider feet you may want to order them 1/2 to 1 size larger.
