Shock Absorbent Heels and Anti-Bacterial Insoles

The HAIX Black Eagle® Tactical 20 Mid has what it takes to perform at any activity whether it’s for work or leisure. The heel area is supported by cushioning which absorbs shock while the forefoot is able to use energy more efficiently thanks to its strong spring-back material, and the built in pronation and supination support keeps your weight evenly distributed throughout your foot and keeps your ankle more stabilized. The removable antibacterial, moisture wicking insole provides just the right amount of support with its cushioning so you feel comfortable all throughout the day.

Anti-Slip Soles with Built in Stone Shield

Your line of duty or active hobby might require you to run on slippery surfaces or uneven terrain which makes the HAIX Black Eagle® Tactical 20 Mid such an ideal footwear to have. Its durable sole incorporates a special rubber mixture and tread design to provide a strong multi-directional grip even on slippery surfaces such as gas and oil. You never have to worry about falling, tripping, or slipping when you’re wearing the HAIX Black Eagle® Tactical 20 Mid. The built in stone shield doubles the protection, preventing you from feeling the impact from any rock or stone that may come your way.

Waterproof GORE-TEX® Laminate and the HAIX® Climate System

This 6-inch gear features a GORE-TEX® inner liner making the boots waterproof. Together with the HAIX® Climate System, your feet are kept at a balanced temperature whether you’re indoors or out. It’s made possible thanks to the air circulation process which automatically warms you during cool conditions and cools during warm conditions.

Highly Breathable with Sun Reflect

The tactical boots’ insole with its moisture absorbing properties means that after a long hard day of running, jumping, and walking, your feet are still dry and comfortable. Just what you need when you already have so much to deal with in your active line of work. And when it gets too hot, you never have to worry, since the Sun Reflect feature of the breathable leather reduces the heating effect of the upper leather by reflecting sunlight back so that the leather and the inside of your boot is much cooler.

Tact 20

I just ordered my 2nd pair of Tact 20's! I ordered my first pair a year ago and absolutely loved them. Closest thing to a running type shoe that I've found with support of a boot! I've been an officer for 17 years and have bought Danners majority of that time but just couldn't get a pair that were light but had the features that the Tact 20's had! This boot held up great and I will continue to purchase these for next 13 years of my career!!!

Almost Perfect

I purchased these after a long search for the perfect active patrol night shift shoe. It looks good and has great features. I was very excited to receive them. After proudly wearing them a week on shift ad showing them off, they seemed snug in reference to width, although I don't have wide feet and never had to purchase wide shoes. The length was just right. I expected that after a few more weeks the would break in, but they haven't. This snugness also causes my feet to become hot, since air doesn't circulate as well.. it also limits the addition of a more comfortable sole that would help on my long 12 hour shifts, but agin the width is too snug to allow it. If I would have know, I would have tried a longer shoe in hopes of it possibly being just a bit wider and resolve these issues and hopefully make it the perfect shoe..

Great Boot

This is my 3rd pair of these boots and I must say they are comfortable from start to finish. They lasted about 10 months being I. My feet might st of the day Therese have been the most durable and comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned

My feet love them

This is my third pair of Haix. I stand for up to 10 hours a day on concrete in the range.These are the only shoes that have kept my feet from aching. I highly recommend them.

Hot Damn Great Boots

It's been awhile since I have had anything good to say about boots. I used to wear Matterhorn, but they just didn't hold up for the money. My last pair of Haix lasted 13 months, these are the replacements. I have been banned from warranties by most of the large boot manufacturers...Having resolved myself to buy a pair every 3 months I gave up on the quest for a great boot. Haix has brought my faith back. Buy a pair, beat on them and see what you think.
At nearly 300 lbs., active and on my feet a lot, the boots take a beating in the construction environment.

Can't beat this boot

The best boots

These are the most comfortable and durable boots I have ever owned. I didn't even have to break them in. I have plantar fascitis , and over pronation. These boots somehow aleve those problems. My feet feel 30 years younger. f0933

The Boot is Ok

I purchased the boot for the third time in about 4 years in March 2015. If you walk on hard surfaces often, as I do in my profession, the sole wears out after the 7th month. I had the Black Eagle Athletic Low, and they were excellent, I will probably switch back to them and just compromise the ankle support.

Amazing boots. Great fit, lightweight.

The fit and comfort of these boots are amazing. I wish they would make these with mesh sides, like the black eagle athletic but with a polishable toe. Danner, 5.11, and most other companies making "tactical" boots make a partial mesh not as well as a full leather boot.

Tactical 20 mid

I bought the Haix mid 20 tactical boot. The boot is comfortable but I really want them to consider making them in a wide width. I can only wear them with a baseball type sock as opposed to a cushioned bottom cotton sock. I want to return the boot to the vendor.

Great boot

Great boot! I love the support and the comfort. It polishes well and keeps my feet dry! I'm not a big fan of the flap on the top, but it keeps the laces in check. The only down side is the laces - they don't last. The outer "shell" of the laces breaks, then it slides down the "core" and bunches at the bottom. Better laces would make this a near-perfect boot for me.

Good Boot

Boot is light weight and cushion is excellent. Could do away with the flap, at top of boot. The flap gets caught on police pants. Little more rubber needed on sole, wears quickly.

Best Boot Ever

I picked these up for the first time at a local police store about 3 years ago, I haven't worn any other boot since. I'm a truck driver and I need to be comfortable all long, despite rain and snow. These are by far the most comfortable boots ever. They are very warm in the winter when worn with wool socks. It's worth the money, you get what you pay for. Will continue buying every year.

Great Choice

My work day can run from 12 to 16 hours. Most of that time is spent walking steel decks. So, I needed something that was comfortable and tough enough to last. I didn't want to have to go out and buy another pair in a short period of time. From the first time I put these on, I knew I had made a great choice. They're everything I was looking for and then some. They're light like I didn't think was possible for such a durable boot. They're very comfortable, look good, and breathe very well; even in the summer. And they really didn't need any breaking in.

Good... But why not ALL black?

These boots should be ALL black.. The little bit of gray prevents officers on certain departments from wearing a great duty boot.

Excellent Results

I bought these Blk Eagle Tac 20 Mid boots exactly two months ago with excellent results. I'm a law enforcement officer working standing and walking 8-12 hours and I was looking for a light black boot with great cushion to sustain a 6'2" 225 pounds and that does not have stitches in the front. I never heard of Haix before and I don't know anyone at my work that have them so I was I little skeptic, but I'm very glad I bought them. They have VERY good cushion, very light, the track has been great and does not get hot inside, these four aspects are a MUST for me. With my previous boots (from other brand) I used to have knee pain at the end of my shift in addition to a sweat foot because the heat generated inside the boot so these were the main reasons that moved me to invest money on boots. I'm confident to say It was money well spent.

tactical 20 mid

love this boot- owned over a year and still as comfortable as the first time I laced them up. Extremely light and waterproof, takes polish well and looks good on the job or off. if you only could add an EH toe to it- that would make it a perfect construction / service boot.

Great Boot

I have been working in the corrections field for the last nine years and i go thru about two pairs of boots a year and am never satisfied with the boot i am wearing. I bought the tactical mid 20 and i can honestly say hands down this is the best boot i have worn. So happy that i decided to buy this boot. I couldn't ask for a lighter, and more comfortable boot.
